Join the DoubleTree by Hilton Cleveland Downtown - Lakeside for the Port of Cleveland 2013 Tall Ships Festival. The event kicks off Wednesday, July 3 with the majestic Parade of Sail at 4:00 p.m. as the ships enter the harbor which can be viewed from Voinovich Park. The Festival officially opens on July 4 and runs through July 7. Gates open each day at 9:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and general admission tickets include admission to the festival and ship boarding. Ship boarding hours subject to change and tickets are valid for any day of the festival, rain or shine.
